Your unforgettable adventure begins early in the morning with a picturesque train ride from Cusco to Aguas Calientes, offering breathtaking views of the Sacred Valley’s lush landscapes. Upon arrival, we board a bus that takes us up to the entrance of the legendary Machu Picchu.
Accompanied by a professional guide, you’ll explore the marvels of this ancient Inca citadel. Discover significant sites such as the Temple of the Sun, the Main Plaza, and the Guardian House, as your guide shares fascinating insights into Inca civilization and the meaning behind each structure.
After the guided portion, enjoy free time to explore at your own pace, take stunning photographs, or simply absorb the majestic atmosphere. We then descend to Aguas Calientes for lunch, followed by the return train ride back to Cusco.
You’ll arrive back in the city by evening, carrying with you incredible memories of one of the world’s most iconic archaeological wonders.
Itinerary
We begin our adventure bright and early, embarking on a scenic train journey from Cusco to Aguas Calientes, passing through the breathtaking landscapes of the Sacred Valley. Upon arrival, a short bus ride will take us up the mountain to the entrance of Machu Picchu.
Accompanied by our knowledgeable guide, we’ll explore the ancient Inca citadel, uncovering its fascinating history and hidden secrets. Highlights of the tour include the Temple of the Sun, the Guardian House, and the Main Plaza, as well as other key areas that showcase the ingenuity and culture of the Inca civilization.
After the guided portion, you’ll have free time to wander through the site, take stunning photographs, or simply take in the majestic surroundings. We then return to Aguas Calientes to enjoy a relaxing lunch, before boarding the train back to Cusco.
