Look Bus in Cusco, Half day
We begin our journey from Cusco in the early morning, setting course for the town of Mollepata, where a nourishing breakfast will get us ready for the day ahead. From there, we continue to Soraypampa, the gateway to our Humantay Lake trek.
The hike lasts around two hours and takes us up a steep and rocky mountain trail. Though the ascent can be physically challenging, the reward lies in the awe-inspiring views of the Andes and the raw beauty of the surrounding landscapes.
Upon reaching Humantay Lake, you’ll be amazed by its vibrant turquoise hue, fed by glacial waters from the towering snow-covered peaks. Here, you’ll have time to rest, take in the tranquility of the area, and capture breathtaking photographs.
After taking in the views, we begin our descent back to Soraypampa. On the way back to Cusco, we’ll make another stop in Mollepata to enjoy a delicious and well-earned lunch. We return to the city by sunset, carrying unforgettable memories of this extraordinary high-altitude adventure.
