Upon your arrival we descend directly to the sacred valley to reduce the altitud effect and acclimatize better walking around Pisaq town, and the largest and colorful souvenirs market of the Valley, after lunch go to the hotel to relax.

Today we have an excursion to Maras Salt Ponds. Depart early to Ollantaytambo archaeological site, which shows the best example of city planning done by the Incas. Its excellent construction with its strong walls was both a temple and a fortress.
Transfer to the train station and board a comfortable scenic tourist train to Aguas Calientes town, through the last stretch of the Sacred Valley of the Incas into the cloud forest ecosystem of the Urubamba River.
Upon your arrival get shuttle bus up to Machupicchu and proceed to enjoy a private tour along of one of the new Seven Wonders of the World, the lost city of the Incas.
There after head down to aguas Calientes to the hotel

Today we take shuttle bus again to Machupicchu to explore it for second time and climb up to Waynapicchu mountain for a different view of the lost city of the Incas.
Back to Aguas Calientes town, have lunch and train back to sacred Valley and vehicle to the hotel in Cusco.

Explore the magical UNESCO city of Cusco build on top of an Inca foundations, walking on the cobble stones of its streets with Inca walls, enter the Cathedral, with beautiful cedar wood carving such as the choir and pulpit as well as some paintings of the Cusco school. Continue to the Koricancha (Temple of the Sun), a great example of the Spanish and Inca stonework mixed in one place.
For concluding we head towards to the cyclopean Inca site of Sacsayhuaman, with remains of palaces, temples and astronomical observatories many of the walls made out of massive stone pieces of about 130 tons perfectly positioned with incredible precision.
Afterwards back to the hotel and time at leisure.
